SharpZinto Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SharZinto Internet Manager (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License and Restrictions

  • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Android devices you own or control.
  • Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the App without our prior written consent. Commercial sale or profit-making from the App, in whole or part, without our agreement is prohibited.
  • Security: You agree not to attempt to bypass security mechanisms, licensing checks, or access protections.

3. Subscription Plans

SharZinto offers Essential, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. Features vary by plan and may change over time. Fees are billed according to the selected plan and renewal period.

4. Trials

The App may be tested during the first 7 days of each month. Emergency trials outside this window may be granted at our discretion; contact support.

5. Updates and Changes

We may provide updates, enhancements, or bug fixes. For legacy customers using older versions, we no longer maintain past builds. Migration to the current version is required to receive Business-level service and free updates.

6. Business Setup Policy

On first subscription, you may change your Wi‑Fi password. We will update App configuration for auto-connection and set a new admin password for staff access and deletion safeguards.

7. Data and Privacy

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such processing.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App lawfully and not to:

  • interfere with networks or users;
  • share tokens/vouchers in violation of your business policy;
  • engage in fraud, misuse, or harmful activities.

9. Ownership

The App, including all intellectual property rights, remains our property. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

10. Support

Support levels vary by plan. Enterprise includes priority SLAs; Business includes priority assistance; Pro/Essential include standard support.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access immediately, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license ceases and you must stop using the App.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
